It’s essentially exactly the same but with cherry picked ingredients to cater to my dietary needs- either way this dish is absolutely amazing and I felt like I needed to share it!

Homemade Gnocchi with Caramelized Balsamic Chicken, Crispy Bacon and Pesto Sauce.

Oh my goodness, who here loves homemade pasta? This recipe is so simple, delicious and way more satisfying than any pasta you’re going to buy at the grocery stores. Best part is – it is cheap to make this gnocchi at home! It consists of one main ingredient: semolina flour. This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled- whatever you need. Note: the gnocchi needs to dry for at least 24 hours, so this is a 2 day recipe. You’re going to love this dish – I kept it dairy free, but included what you’ll need if you would like to use dairy.

At Home Smoked Salmon

Hello friends and welcome back! Although this page is mainly for baking, I wanted to share this super easy smoked salmon recipe with you guys!

Before I get into it, let’s talk about safety while doing this smoked salmon at home. This will only work in 2 different places if you don’t have a smoker.

  1. On a grill, outside. Camper grill, large grill – doesn’t matter. As long as you’re outside.
  2. Inside your home in a convection oven.

If you have a convection oven, you probably have a hood. That is good because if you’re smoking something without a ventilation system, bad things are going to happen, and we don’t want that.
